Cops have busted Harry Potter star Jamie Waylett with a petrol bomb during the London riots and also found 15 cannabis plants back at the actor's house.

Waylett, 22, played 'Draco Malfoy’s' bully sidekick 'Vincent Crabbe' in six of the Harry Potter films. 

The pudgy Potter has also been accused of handling a looted bottle of champagne.

The actor will appear again before Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on November 11.

By far the most high profile (and high in general) of the 3000 people arrested in connection with the riots, Waylett has been charged with having a petrol bomb, threatening unlawful violence, receiving stolen goods and cultivating cannabis.

Despite trying, apparently no amount of sorcery skill could make his weed crops vanish when cops raided the actor’s property on September 20.

For now Waylett has been released on bail on condition that he lives with his mother in a north London flat. He has a 7pm to 7am curfew.

There has been no confirmation as to whether Waylett was so high he thought he was actually filming an edgy new Harry Potter sequel.
