If you’ve attempted the Bridge, then this should be a piece of (sweet-arse) cake.






Like the Bridge, the Cradle position will have the receiver's feet planted and arms behind/below them to hold their upper body off the bed (couch or table – for the adventurous types) while their partner enters from a kneeling position.  Check out the video for a live demonstration then head over to the Cradle image gallery to get a better idea of how to do it then try it at home!
